Throughout her career, Mimin has led full pastry and bakery operations, overseeing menu development, staff recruitment and training, SOP creation, HACCP implementation, cost control, and large-scale production for multiple outlets, banquets, and convention centers. She is highly experienced in managing multicultural teams and creating structured, professional kitchen environments that encourage performance, accountability, and growth. Known for her ability to thrive under pressure, she maintains the highest culinary standards while meeting demanding operational requirements. Mimin’s technical expertise covers classical French pastry, Italian and fusion desserts, artisan bakery, plated desserts, chocolate and sugar artistry, and modern presentation techniques. She has played a key role in hotel pre-openings, kitchen setup, and establishing efficient workflows from the ground up.
