All alumni who have graduated from a full-time or part-time program and current students in good standing are eligible to participate. Full-time and part-time employees of CÀSÀ and their immediate relatives are not eligible.

Referred students must be new applicants who have not previously applied, enquired, or enrolled in any CÀSÀ certificate, diploma, and intensive programme. They must not be in CÀSÀ's database of active and prospective students or alumni, except those who last enquired or applied over two years ago. Former CÀSÀ students or graduates cannot be referred. 

Referrers receive a financial reward each successful referral. This reward can be received via bank transfer or cash voucher within three months of the referred student completing their first term of study. Referrers can also choose to transfer their reward to the referred student or donate it to CÀSÀ's Scholarship or Student Financial Aid Funds. 

A referral is considered successful when the referred student enrolls in a CÀSÀ program, completes their first term with good attendance, is up to date with their payment plan, and meets all other eligibility criteria.

There is no limit to the number of referrals a referrer can make per academic year. 

The referred student must complete a Student Referral Form, submit it with their Admission Application Form, and enroll in a CÀSÀ program within three months of being referred. They must also maintain good engagement with their course and meet all financial and academic requirements. 

Rewards are issued three months after the referred student's official commencement date. CÀSÀ reserves the right to use the reward to offset any outstanding fees of the referrer.

If the referred student withdraws within the first two months of the intake, the referral reward will not be issued.
