The Pastry Programme is designed to provide aspiring pastry chefs and baking enthusiasts with a comprehensive foundation in the art of patisserie. This hands-on course covers a wide range of recipes, techniques, and skills across five modules, focusing on cookies, cakes, tarts, puff pastries, traditional French desserts, and artisanal breads. From mastering shortbread cookies to creating intricate macarons and elegant French pastries, participants will gain the expertise to produce professional-quality baked goods and desserts.
