"I won the 2024 Young Chef Olympiad in India, competing against participants from over 60 countries with my vegetarian dishes and crepes. The competition featured finalists from Portugal, the Philippines, Nepal, and Luxembourg, who prepared various impressive dishes. My success was made possible by the intensive preparation at the Culinary Arts Center, under the mentorship of Emil Zeynelzade. I am also grateful for Kelvin Chong's support, which played a significant role in my journey and skill development at CÀSÀ."
