Main purpose
CASA is a private culinary arts school dedicated to providing world-class training and education, enabling our students to join industry-leading organizations. We are looking for a creative, results-driven Manager focused on program sales, student recruitment, and marketing. This role will be responsible for managing our digital growth, planning restaurant promotions, leading student recruitment efforts, and developing our brand strategy.
Duties:
- Oversee and carry out marketing initiatives in print, internet, and events.
- Manage marketing KPIs, budgeting, and reporting;
- Oversee social media, website upgrades, and content development;
- Increase student enrollment and restaurant visibility;
- Plan campaigns in conjunction with internal teams and outside partners.
Required skills and qualifications:
- Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (or currently pursuing).
- 3–6 years of programme sales and marketing experience, preferably within the hospitality education sector, including at least 2 years in a management role
- Excellent understanding of branding, social media, and content marketing; imaginative, perceptive, and well-organized
- Fluency in written and spoken Azerbaijani, Upper intermediate level English and Russian
Technical skills:
- Proficiency in social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc.).
- Familiarity with digital marketing tools and analytics (Google Analytics, Facebook Ads, etc.).
- Strong knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), and design tools (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite).
- Basic understanding of SEO and website content management systems (WordPress, Wix, etc.) is an advantage.
Working conditions:
- Work Hours: 6 days a week- Full-time (typically 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM, one day is short, with occasional flexibility for events or activities).

Junior Marketing Specialist
Requirements

Job Responsibilities

Assist in planning, creating, and publishing food-related content for CASA’s social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, etc.), including photos, videos, stories, reels, and other formats

Participate in content writing and content shoots (food styling, preparation, and coordination)

Monitor social media trends and suggest ideas to increase engagement

Respond professionally and promptly to comments, messages, and follower inquiries

Support the implementation of marketing campaigns, promotions, and seasonal initiatives

Ensure brand consistency across all communications and visual materials

Track campaign performance and prepare basic reports

Collaborate with chefs to gather information about new dishes, recipes, and culinary concepts

Key Responsibilities:
- Translate written documents, including general/business/technical- culinary texts from English to Russian and vice versa.
- Ensure translations are accurate, clear, and relay the original meaning and tone.
- Proofread and edit translated content for grammar, syntax, and cultural relevance.
- Work closely with internal teams to clarify text.
- Maintain confidentiality of all translated materials.
- Use translation software or tools when applicable.
- Ability to meet tight deadlines and manage multiple translation requests.
- Provide translation services during classes, meetings, events, or client receptions
- Supervise the grammatical and stylistic accuracy of translated materials (editing/proofreading).
- Greet foreign guests professionally and assist them in obtaining necessary information.
- Strictly adhere to the company's service standards and confidentiality/privacy rules.
- Collaborate closely with team members and management to execute tasks requiring language support.
- Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Translation, Linguistics, English, or a related field.

- At least 2-3 years of proven experience as a translator, interpreter, or in a similar role.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Proven 2-3 year experience in graphic design, branding, or interior design, preferably in the food and hospitality industry.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating creativity, technical skills, and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Canva), as well as experience with website design tools (e.g., WordPress, Squarespace).
- Strong understanding of branding principles and visual communication.
- Be on time on duty, can work in a fast-paced environment, and meet deadlines.
- Ability to lift and carry design materials (e.g., samples, displays, promotional materials).
