Participation

All competitors who complete their registered classes will receive a Certificate of Participation.

 

 

Medals & Certificates of Excellence

Awarded based on performance scores:

• Gold Medal: 90–100 points

• Silver Medal: 80–89 points

• Bronze Medal: 70–79 points

• Diploma (Certificate only): 60–69 points

Note: Awards may be withheld if scoring standards are not met.

Chef of the Year

 

Prize:

The winner will be awarded a scholarship valued at 5,635 AZN, applicable toward the DUAL City & Guilds Level 2 Diploma in Food Preparation and Culinary Arts – Cookery (8064-01) and Patisserie (8064-02). In addition, the recipient will receive a Trophy, a Medal, and a Certificate of Excellence.

 

 

Best Pastry Chef of the Year

 

Prize:

The winner will be awarded a scholarship valued at 2,700 AZN, applicable toward the City & Guilds Level 2 Diploma in Food Preparation & Culinary Arts (Patisserie) (8064-02) at CÀSÀ.

In addition, the recipient will receive a Trophy, a Medal, and a Certificate of Excellence.

 

 

Grandmother’s Legacy: Traditional Comfort Cooking

 

Prize:

The Gold winner will receive a scholarship valued at 1,500 AZN, applicable toward the Azerbaijani National Cuisine Diploma Programme at CÀSÀ. In addition, the recipient will be awarded a Medal, and a Certificate of Excellence.

Each team member will be awarded a scholarship valued at 1,500 AZN, applicable toward the Azerbaijani National Cuisine Diploma Programme at CÀSÀ. In addition, recipients will receive a Trophy, a Medal, and a Certificate of Excellence.

 

Bronze Award

Each team member will be awarded a scholarship valued at 1,000 AZN, applicable toward the Azerbaijani National Cuisine Diploma Programme at CÀSÀ. In addition, recipients will receive a Trophy, a Medal, and a Certificate of Excellence.
