Does the center look at academic or school grades?

No, our center does not look at your academic or school grades. What matters to us is your interest in culinary arts, your passion, and your future goals.
It doesn’t matter if you don’t know anything about cooking when you first start — we teach everything from the very basics, even how to sharpen a knife. Our instructors are highly experienced professionals with strong practical teaching backgrounds.

Is there any public transportation nearby?

Yes, there is. The center is just a 5-minute walk from public transport stops (bus and train available).

What are the class hours?

Answer:

  • Full day: 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM

  • Half day:

    • 9:00 AM – 1:30 PM

    • 2:00 PM – 6:30 PM

    • 6:30 PM – 11:00 PM

How are the school days arranged?

Answer:
Classes follow a 3-day or 4-day system.
Each week, students learn five cooking skills plus one theory class (after completing the basic class).

What is the language of instruction?

Answer:
Bilingual Teaching System:

  • 90% English

  • 10% Azerbaijani / Russian

How many students are in one class?

Answer:
We use a small class system — only 4 to 12 students per class, accepted on a first-come, first-served basis.
This ensures every student gets proper attention, learns all cooking and management skills thoroughly, and receives hands-on guidance directly from the instructor.

Has the pandemic affected classes in any way?

Answer:
Our school strictly follows all health and safety SOPs.
When students enter the college, their body temperature is checked, and full disinfection is carried out. Sanitizers are available throughout the building for use at any time.
After each class, all kitchens and classrooms are thoroughly sanitized.
Since our classes are small, students have minimal close contact with others.

How can I visit the dormitory?

Answer:
Just let us know your preferred date and time in advance.
We will inform the dormitory manager, and on that day, we’ll visit the dormitory together so you can see the rooms and choose the one you like best.

How can I apply or register?

Answer:
Simply contact us anytime, and we will send you the application and enrollment procedure.
Just follow the steps, and you’ll be able to register easily.

When can I visit the center?

Answer:
Please inform us of your visit date and time in advance.
We’ll send you a Google Map link to help you find us easily. When you arrive, please WhatsApp or call us, and we’ll come meet you personally.
During the visit, you’ll get to see our classrooms, facilities, and the real learning atmosphere, as well as receive a detailed, face-to-face explanation of our courses.
