Chef Fanny Goh is an accomplished Chef Instructor with over 17 years of professional experience spanning the culinary and education sectors. Trained in both classical and contemporary techniques, she specializes in Western, Asian, Chinese Cantonese, Nyonya, Thai, Malay cuisines, as well as pastry and bakery, with Chinese cuisine as her strongest forte.

Her career includes extensive hands-on experience in hotel kitchens, coffee houses, Western banquets, and Chinese banquets, providing her with a well-rounded understanding of diverse culinary operations. Chef Fanny is also passionate about culinary innovation and possesses working knowledge of modern and molecular cooking technologies, blending tradition with creativity.

As a dedicated educator, she has conducted numerous workshops, trained aspiring chefs, and developed practical, industry-relevant culinary curricula that inspire both technical excellence and passion for the craft. Her achievements include multiple Silver Medals at international culinary competitions in Thailand and Vietnam, recognizing her skills on a global stage.
