Chef Elgun Mammadov

Chef Elgun Mammadov is a contemporary chef known for his modern culinary style and his ability to create immersive dining experiences that bring people together. He has built his expertise through roles at renowned kitchens, including Saffron Group and Hyatt Regency Baku, and has also led a two-month culinary training program at a newly opened five-star hotel in Zimbabwe.

Elgun has earned multiple awards throughout his career, including a gold medal and trophy at the “Qizil Sah” competition, a gold medal at the Casa Baku culinary contest, and a silver medal at an international culinary competition in Türkiye.

Alongside his professional achievements, Elgun is the creator of unique social dining concepts designed to connect people through food, storytelling, and shared experience. At CASA, he teaches practical cooking skills, modern techniques, and menu design while delivering interactive and creativity-driven lessons.
