Chef Dr. Aditi Joshi is an accomplished Assistant Professor and culinary educator with 17 years of combined experience, including 11 years of exclusive academic teaching in hotel management and 6 years of international industry experience across the UK and US. Holding a Ph.D. in Management and an MBA in Hospitality Management, she brings a strong blend of academic excellence and hands-on kitchen leadership to her teaching.

Her key Achievements include 23 published research papers, multiple study books, and extensive participation in national and international conferences and workshops. She is committed to fostering an engaging, inclusive learning environment that promotes critical thinking, collaboration, and professional excellence.

At CASA Baku, she works as a Chef Lecturer, conducting both theory and practical classes for the City & Guilds Level 2 Diploma, ensuring students gain industry-relevant skills and confidence. Specializing in food production, culinary techniques, and professional development, she delivers high-impact lessons that align with global hospitality standards.
