On October 7, 2024, CÀSÀ welcomed Chef German Olivia Kampos, a renowned culinary artist from Mexico, who brought the essence of his homeland’s vibrant cuisine to life for our students. As part of his visit, Chef Kampos prepared iconic Mexican dishes, including Tortilla Soup, Lamb Birria, Conchas, and Hot Cocoa, immersing students in the rich tapestry of Mexican flavors. Each dish carried a story, blending centuries-old traditions with Chef Kampos’s innovative approach, showcasing both the roots and versatility of Mexican gastronomy.
