CÀSÀ Marks 3rd Anniversary with Charity Gala Dinner

 

On December 7, 2024, CÀSÀ proudly celebrated its 3rd Anniversary with a memorable Charity Gala Dinner at Hyatt Hall, Hyatt Regency Baku. The event, themed "Seeds of Promise: Celebrating CÀSÀ’s Growth," brought together over 150 distinguished guests to honor CÀSÀ’s journey of culinary innovation, excellence, and community impact.

The evening featured a spectacular culinary showcase with a menu crafted by world-renowned chefs, including Michelin-starred culinary artists Yew Eng Tong, Jeff Tan Seng Han, and Daren Liew Chee Luen, alongside Azerbaijani culinary expert Tabriz Meybullayev. Guests enjoyed not only exquisite dishes but also captivating live performances. 

The gala highlighted CÀSÀ’s commitment to fostering culinary excellence and empowering future leaders in the culinary arts. This year’s charity initiatives focused on providing scholarships for talented individuals, reflecting the institution’s dedication to supporting aspiring chefs and ensuring access to world-class culinary education.

CÀSÀ’s achievements over the past three years were celebrated by guests, including representatives from the State Agency on Vocational Education, the State Tourism Agency of Azerbaijan, international ambassadors, and industry leaders. The event also acknowledged CÀSÀ’s transformative impact on the culinary arts scene, its global partnerships, and its students’ remarkable success.
