CÀSÀ CUP 2025: Azerbaijan’s Premier Culinary Competition 


The CÀSÀ CUP is the premier annual culinary competition organized by the Culinary Arts Center of Azerbaijan (CÀSÀ). As a leading institution offering internationally accredited culinary education, CÀSÀ is committed to nurturing excellence, professionalism, and innovation within the culinary and hospitality industries.

CÀSÀ students consistently achieve strong results in both local and international competitions, reflecting the high standards of education, practical training, and industry alignment at the school. The CÀSÀ CUP plays a vital role in this journey by providing a competitive platform where participants can demonstrate their culinary expertise, creativity, and technical skills in a professional setting. 


CÀSÀ CUP 2025 Highlights

 
The CÀSÀ CUP 2025 took place from 9 to 11 October 2025, with the “Golden Harvest” Gala Dinner in conjunction with CÀSÀ CUP 2025  Award Presentation Ceremony, which was held at Gabala Ballroom, Badamdar Hotel and Residences, 7 pm to 10 pm on 11 October 2025. This year’s competition featured three main categories:  Individual Culinary Categories (7 classes),Individual Patisserie Categories (2 classes) , and Team Challenges, including: Junior Team Challenge and Hotel Team Challenge 

In 2025, CÀSÀ proudly partnered with the Azerbaijan Hotel Association (AHA) for the Hotel Team Challenge, strengthening collaboration between culinary education and the hospitality industry. More than 50 participants joined the competition, creating an inspiring environment of learning, professionalism, and healthy competition.
