The Culinary Arts Center of Azerbaijan (CÀSÀ) students once again demonstrated their culinary prowess at the prestigious FHA Culinary Challenge (FCC) held from 5 to 8 September 2022. The event, organized in association with the World Association of Chefs’ Societies (Worldchefs) and supported by the Singapore Chefs’ Association (SCA), is a global platform where culinary talents showcase their skills and compete for top honors.

Representing CÀSÀ with distinction, Leyla Valiyeva and Kamilla Kasimova claimed the Gold Medal in the Team Challenge, a significant achievement that highlights their teamwork and creativity. Additionally, Leyla Valiyeva added to her accolades with a Bronze and a Silver Medal in individual categories, while Kamilla Kasimova secured a Bronze Medal. Rashad Yusifov also made his mark with a Silver Medal, underscoring CÀSÀ's continued excellence in international culinary competitions.

These awards are a testament to the dedication, skill, and hard work of CÀSÀ students and their mentors, reinforcing the center’s reputation as a leader in culinary education. Congratulations to all the winners for their outstanding achievements!
