The Culinary Arts Center of Azerbaijan (CÀSÀ) proudly celebrates the outstanding achievements of its students at the prestigious CÀSÀ Cup 2024, an annual competition organized by CÀSÀ to showcase the talents of young chefs. This year’s event brought together some of the finest emerging culinary artists, and the results were nothing short of spectacular for CÀSÀ, as our students secured top honors in both team and individual categories.

Gold Trophy in Team Category

In the highly competitive Team Category, the trio of Kanan Balashov, Syafiq Iskandar, and Kamal Aghayev emerged victorious, clinching the coveted Gold Trophy. Their winning performance was a testament to their seamless teamwork, innovative techniques, and dedication to the culinary arts. The trio's synergy and creative flair wowed the judges, earning them the highest accolades in this prestigious competition.

Individual Category Highlights

CÀSÀ students also shone brightly in the individual categories, demonstrating their versatility and mastery over specific culinary skills.

  • Kamal Aghayev continued his winning streak by securing the Gold Medal in the Individual Chicken Category. His ability to elevate a simple chicken dish into a gourmet masterpiece showcased his exceptional talent and meticulous attention to detail.

  • Aliya Mursalova triumphed in the Individual Meat Category, earning a Gold Medal for her exquisite preparation and presentation. Her dish stood out for its bold flavors and innovative techniques, solidifying her reputation as a rising star in the culinary world.

  • Javidan Ismailov also impressed in the Individual Meat Category, winning the Silver Medal. His culinary creation demonstrated not only technical skill but also a deep understanding of flavor combinations, earning him well-deserved recognition.

  • Muazzez Chalbay rounded off the victories with a Bronze Medal in the Individual Fish/Seafood Category. Her delicate handling of seafood and mastery of intricate flavors won the judges over, adding to CÀSÀ's medal haul.
